These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Gospel Lyrics mobile app and the website at gospellyrics.org (together, the "Service"), published by an independent developer ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Using the Service

The Service provides gospel song lyrics, worship materials and related content for personal, non-commercial use, such as private devotion and congregational worship. You may not resell the content or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information when you sign up, including a mobile number you own.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
• Tell us promptly at gospellyricsapp@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Content and copyright

Song lyrics, translations, music notation, images and other materials in the Service may belong to their respective authors, composers, publishers or other rights holders. They are provided for worship and personal use. If you believe any content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.

4. Your feedback and suggestions

When you send feedback or suggest a lyrics correction, you allow us to use it to improve the Service, including by editing the lyrics shown to all users. Do not send anything unlawful, offensive or that you do not have the right to share.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• interfere with, disrupt or try to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its servers;
• copy or collect content from the Service by automated means;
• impersonate others or use another person's account without permission;
• use the Service in any way that breaks applicable law.

6. Third-party services

Some features rely on services from other companies, such as YouTube videos and Google Firebase notifications and phone verification. Your use of those features is also subject to those companies' terms and policies.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to the accuracy of lyrics, translations or other content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Ending your use

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
