How to request deletion

Send an email to gospellyricsapp@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include:

• the name on your account, and
• the mobile number you use to sign in.

We may contact you on that number to confirm the request is genuinely yours. We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What we delete

• Your account: name, mobile number, password, and any email, address and PIN code you added.
• Your preferred language and your device's notification token.
• Any record of your mobile number held by Google Firebase from password resets.

What we keep

• Feedback and lyrics corrections you sent may be kept to improve the songs, but they are no longer linked to you.
• Copies of deleted data may remain in server backups for a limited time before being overwritten.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Settings stored on your phone, such as text size, are removed when you uninstall.
